Cancellations

If you need to cancel a lesson, cancellations must be made with at least 6 hours’ notice. After 6 hours, the lesson will be forfeited. I understand emergencies happen, therefore I will reschedule lessons with less than 6 hours’ notice for emergency purposes.

The rescheduled lesson must be within the package month.

No shows and last-minute cancellations will forfeit the lesson.

Students are expected to arrive on time. If late, please inform me as soon as possible. However, the lesson will end on time.

If at any time I need to cancel a lesson, I will be sure to make up the lesson within the package month or an arrangement will be made that works for the both of us.
